We offer the services below to all of our registered patients:

• Baby immunisations and post natal check ups

• Pneumococcal vaccinations
• Cervical Smears

Many conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, heart disease, hypertension, stroke, long term mental health problems and epilepsy require regular checks including medication reviews.

The doctor and practice nurses are trained to manage these long term conditions. The practice has introduced annual recall systems for these conditions offering clinical review with necessary follow up when clinically indicated.

A general health check are available as follows:

NHS Health check

• aged 40-74 (no other conditions, every 5 years)
• Well Woman
• Well Man
• aged 75 and over (who has not seen a GP in the last year)

General checks will be carried out as follows:

Blood pressure, blood tests (as appropriate), Height and Weight, Lifestyle advice, Tetanus status.
